When relocating to a new town, you can have a lot on your mind: a different job, different schools, a different church, different daily routines, and of course, finding a new place for your family to call "home". We have a long history of finding buyers the right home by following a refined process guaranteed to make the most of your search efforts.

When most buyers go into home search mode - they may wind up with 50+ listings to see. Naturally, that's too many homes to see first hand if you're limited on time! We can help you to narrow your search down to a couple dozen properties, keeping these things in mind:

• Come into town with two lists: One should be of things you require in your new home. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house can't fulfill your basic needs, we can obviously cross it off the list.
• Have a predetermined price range. This could be based on mortgage or a reasonable estimate of what you'll net from the sale of your present home.
• What length of a commute are you ready to make each day to your job and other activities? Traffic in the Canton area could be different than your current location, so let us know your desired drive-time, and we'll seek out homes accordingly.

We can send you my best recommendations before you get into town. Or if you've already started your search, let us know what you've found. While seeing listing photos on the web is great, there's nothing like touring homes in person. Let us set up any necessary appointments and map a route. By planning ahead, we could go to 8 to 10 homes in a single day.
